Community Calendar

The City-County Planning Board meets the 1st Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council chambers.

The Laurel Urban Renewal Agency meets the first Monday of each month at 11:00 am at the Owl Cafe.

The City of Laurel Budget/Finance Committee meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month. Agendas are available the Friday preceding the meeting at City Hall. All meetings are open to the public.

The Laurel City Council meets the first and third Tuesday of each month in the City Council Chambers located at 115 West 1st Street. Council meetings are open to the public.

The Public Works Committee meets the second Monday of each month at 5:30 pm in the Council chambers.

Library Board meetings are held at the Laurel Public Library in the Community Room on the second Tuesday of each month.

All meetings are open to the public.

Laurel City Council meets for an informational workshop on the second and last Tuesday of each month. Agendas will be available the Friday prior to the meeting at City Hall or online.

The Laurel Tree Board meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in th Public Works Department Conference room. Tree Board Committee members are appointed to 3-year terms as defined under Ordinance No. O05-01.

The City of Laurel Cemetery Commission meets the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 pm in the Council Cnference Room.

City of Laurel Park Board meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the FAP Community Room.
